For the first time, Indonesia holds the G20 Presidency, a cooperation forum of 20 of the world’s major economies. The Indonesian presidency for one year, from December 1, 2021 to November 30, 2022.
The G20 is an International forum focusing on policy coordination in economics and development. It represents the wolrd’s economic and political power, with its member representing 80% of the world’ GDP, 75% of global exports, and 60% of the global populations. The G20 consists of 19 countries and 1 region, namely : Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Republic of China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United States, and European Union.
